Functionality of Buttons
"F-Button"
Mode Select
1. To select between modes press and release "F-Button":
• Auto: Detects utilities with a detectable signal.
• 33 kHz: Detects UTILIGEN Signal.
• 8 kHz: Detects UTILIDRAIN Signal.
"F-Button"
Function Test
1. Press and hold "F-Button". Turn UTILIFINDER +
on.
• PASS: UTILIFINDER + within tolerance.
• ERR: UTILIFINDER + out of tolerance.
Err:
• Repeat the test in different location.
• Test is automatically repeated.
• Repeated failure: Product requires maintenance.
