in an approved laboratory in accordance
with order no. 91-1292 - December 1991.
1. This product is intended for infants,
from birth until 6 months, 9kg, or until
they are able to sit unaided or pull or push
themselves up on their hands and knees.
2. The product shall be placed on a
horizontal fl oor.
3. Children shall not be allowed to play
unsupervised in the vicinity of the crib.
4. The crib shall be locked in the fi xed
position when the child is left unattended.
5. Risk of strangulation: All assembly
fi ttings should always be tightened properly
and care should be taken that no screws are
loose, because a child could trap parts of
the body or clothing (e.g. strings, necklaces,
ribbons for babies' dummies, etc.).
6. Maximum mattress thickness: 30mm.
7. DO NOT use crib if any parts are missing,
damaged, or broken. Contact Dorel for
replacement parts and instructional
literature if needed. Do not substitute parts.
8. For the use of an inclined position, we
