WI-FI WARNINGS

Wi-Fi networks are not as reliable as wired networks also because they are prone to interference. This means that
the transmitting and receiving bandwidth is not guaranteed over time.
In a system which manages video signals, all interruptions in communication correspond to loss of video
recordings.
The following precautions are essential to avoid malfunctions, minimising the risk of system interruptions and
long losses of video signal:
Install the Wi-Fi camera in a point in which signal reception quality indicated by
stable.
Install the Wi-Fi cameras at least a couple of metres apart from each other.
Position the NVR at a minimum distance of a few metres from other Wi-Fi devices used in the installation
(e.g. the home Wi-Fi router).
In case of anomalous behaviour (unstable video signal or loss of video recordings), try to restart the NVR to
reset the wireless connections with the cameras. If the problem persists, consider whether you can position
the cameras better.

Installation

To set up the device quickly, use a monitor with VGA or HDMI input connected to the NVR and carefully follow
the instructions in the order shown.
