roubleshooting
Solution
Move the shutter to any position and access to programming.
Switch off the supply for 10 seconds and program again
Check to ensure the connections are according to the diagram (Image 6)
Check the terminals 15 and 16 or 26 and 27 to detect if they have 220 V.
Lock the engine to activate the safety device. Check that the D light is on.
Replace the 1 A fuse.
Disconnect all the terminals of the accessories 8 (-) and 9 (+) (there should
be a DC voltage of about 30 V) and connect them again individually.
Connect the device properly according to the diagram (Image 6(A))
Press the terminals 5 and 6 with the door half opened and the door should
open.
Verify the power supply of the photocell, its connection and the existence of
obstacles. If there is no photocell, bridge the terminals 4 and 5.
Press the terminals 5 and 7 with the door half opened and the door should
close.
The first opening movement will be at a slow speed until the door reaches
the bumpers.
Connect the accessory to an opened position (pusher, receiver...).
Adjust with the potentiometer. Turn the potentiometer clockwise to increase
the power and counter clockwise to reduce it.Check that that the shutter
is properly compensated by the springs. With the engine unlocked, check
manually that the door moves freely.
Remplacer le Senseur Hall en respectant les couleurs et les bornes.* Lire
remarque annexe pour le remplacement du senseur.
Disconnect the power supply and change the position of the #3 dip-switch.
Follow the programming instructions of the device for the stroke and au-
tomatic closing of the door, as described in the installation and adjustment
instructions delivered with Winner DC. Programming should be made with
the door closed.
