Hypertension:
Various cardiovascular or kidney diseases can cause hypertension.
Long-term hypertension can also cause pathological changes in heart,
brain and kidney. These changes can lead to hypertension complica-
tions which are often diagnosed or treated too late.
Low Blood Pressure:
There are two kinds of minimum pressure:
•Ifyoualwaysfeeldizzy,unsuitableinthechestandhavedifficultiesinbreathingor
occurrences of temporary myopia when standing up, you might have a standing minimum
pressure disease. You should go to see a doctor.
• The original minimum pressure disease has no self-symptoms (besides low blood pres-
sure). To get rid of it, you should pay more attention to nutrition and do more physical
exercise.
