How to load a form

Close the Top Cover
If the LCD says
LOCKED
Path >Rear
Fault :Paper Out
ADJUSTING GAP
Make sure paper feeds without difficulty
Quick Reference Guide
See "Control Panel Lockouts", Chapter 5, in the
3870 User's Manual.
Press and release PARK/PATH until the LCD says
Path Rear.
The rear paper path is now selected. Wait a few
seconds for the function to time out.
The paper path selection function has timed out.
The printer is now ready to load a form.
Press the FF/Load key.
Paper should move into position to be printed. The
Fault light will go out and the print gap will be
adjusted for the form that was just loaded.
Press the FF/Load key once. Paper will feed out of
the printer.
