3 - TORCH ALIGNMENT
Fix the auto torch perpendicularly to the part to get a vertical cut.
Use a square rule to align the torch at 90 ° to the metal sheet.

MACHINE OPERATION

1 - PLACE THE EARTH CLAMP ON THE PART TO CUT
Ensure proper electrical contact and do not to put the cable on the cutting trajectory.
Warning: painting prevents contact between the metal part and the earth clamp, do not forget to sand.
2 - CHECK THE PRESENCE OF ALL THE CONSUMABLES ON THE TORCH (SEE Page 24) AND CONNECT AS FOLLOWS :
3 - START THE MACHINE and check that no error message is displayed on the screen. In case of error, correct by
referring to the table section «failure Icons». Some errors may require the device to reboot.
4 - USE THE SELECTOR «MODE» TO CHOOSE THE WORKING MODE (see FIG-2).
5 - CURRENT SETTING (FIG-2)
Use the adjuster «3» to set the current relative to the thickness and type of the metal sheet.
6 - MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC SETTING FOR THE AIR PRESSURE (FIG-2)
The button «2» allows to switch between automatic or manual mode ragarding air pressure.
The automatic mode ajusts the air pressure automatically depending on the cutting mode, the lenght and type of the
connected torch for an optimal cut.
The manual mode allows you to adjusts the air pressure more accurately.
Mainly for professionals or experimented people.
To adjust the pressure manually, use the «Air» knob to vary the pressure displayed on the screen.
PLASMA CUTTER 85A / 125A
Metal sheet mode :
For cutting or piercing metal, it's the standard setting for regular cutting.
Chain link mode :
For cutting chain link steel. This mode maintains the arc even between cuts.
Gouging mode :
This mode is for removing materials from a metal sheet. To prepare for welding, remove welding imperfections.
Metal sheet locked mode :
This mode allows the user to release the trigger for long cuts. Press the trigger to start the arc, releasing the trigger
will not stop it. To stop cutting, repress the trigger or remove the torch from the part.
Insert the torch's connector (A) in the female compartment (E) and
screw the B part. Be careful to tighten the torch.
To remove the torch, unscrew in the same manner as above.
