1.2 Intended use
This product has been developed and is intended specifi cally for use with light management sys-
tems for luminaires. Any other use other than that described in these instructions is not intended.

2.3 Plug and Play Function
The DALIeco control unit may be used without additional programming as a purely manual
push-button control system and for fully automatic presence and daylight-dependent control of
individual lights and the lighting of individual rooms.

Please note:
Several control stations may be provided by parallel connection of the push-buttons
allowing for a maximum total cable length (see technical data).
2.3.1 Manual one-button control
If the control unit is set to factory defaults and while no sensor is connected, it operates as a
single-button control system.
Push-button functions
•
SP: Switching DALI CH-1 and CH-2 on and off respectively (toggle function)
•
LP: Dimming DALI CH-1 and CH-2 up and down respectively (toggle function)
•
DP: Storage of the current light value as an input value
2.3.2 Manual two-button control system
If the control unit is set to factory defaults while no sensor is connected, a two-button control
system may be activated for separate control of DALI CH-1 and DALI CH-2.
Activation of the two-button control system
•
Simultaneous VLP for 10s on both push-buttons (lighting indicators flash to verify)
