The machine includes a system that creates a vaccum inside the wine bottles to preserve the
wine from oxydation.
When inserting a bottle inside the wine chamber, the machine will automatically trigger the
wine preservation cycle. The LED ligthing will blink until the preservation process is
completed.
Each time wine is dispensed, the air vaccum inside the bottle will be interupted.
To re-engage the wine preservation process, the following two options are available:
- Automatic Preservation:, the machine will remove oxygen from the bottle and starts
the preservation process 30 min after the last glass was dispensed.
- Manual Preservation:
• Press the manual preservation button.
• The preservation mode will then begin.
The unique vacuum technology can preserve white wine for approximately 5 to 7 days and
and red wine for 7 to 10 days.
