The state of charge of the battery is
subsequently displayed.
The five LEDs indicate the battery's state of
charge during and after charging. Each
continuously lit LED represents a battery
capacity of approximately 20%.

Standby mode is indicated when no
batteries are present as well as 5 minutes
after all present batteries have reached full
charge. Standby mode is indicated by a
single light of each bay flashing once,
followed by a single light of the next bay
flashing once. This behavior is continued
in sequential order around each bay until a
new battery is inserted or the charger is
unplugged.
With a battery actively charging the other
bays will individually be in standby or
waiting. A bay which is occupied by a
battery waiting to be charged is indicated
with 1-5 illuminated LEDs estimating the
current charge level of the battery. An
empty bay in individual standby is indicated
by no illuminated LEDs for the bay.
RED TEMPERATURE
MONITORING/ERROR INDICATOR
Continuous light
The continuous red light 6
indicates that the temperature of
the battery pack is outside the
permitted charging temperature
range. The charging process begins as soon
as the permitted temperature range has
been reached.
Flashing light
A particular flashing red light
indicates a fault with the battery
pack in this charging bay.
If all six red lights flash simultaneously, this
indicates an internal battery charger fault.
