Wey-TEK Charging Module
The Wey-TEK Charging Module will allow you to turn your Wey-TEK scale into an
automatic charging station. The Charging Module will work with any Wey-TEK
scale and is acceptable to use with all refrigerants and refrigerant blends.
WARNING
Because some new refrigerant blends have high pressures at
elevated temperatures, use caution when connecting and
disconnecting hoses to the Charging Module. Always ensure hoses
are properly rated for the refrigerant being used. See the diagram on
page 5 for location of items on the Charging Module.
A Power Connection: Position where the AC/DC power adapter is plugged into.
The Charging Module requires an AC/DC adapter with output ratings 12 VDC
5% at 1.2 amps. One power adapter is included with the Charging Module.
CAUTION
Using a non-approved power adapter can damage
the charging module.
B ON/OFF Switch: Slide switch towards the bottom of the module for ON ( | ) or
up for OFF ( 0 ). NOTE: When turned on and connected to the Wey-TEK scale,
the Charging Module will override the scale battery, suppling the power to
operate the scale.
