Troubleshooting
Should the air conditioning unit not oper-
ate correctly, please check the following
points.
Problem
The unit is totally inoperative.
The unit goes off after start-up.
Does not cool sufficiently.
Does not heat sufficiently.
Indoor fan inoperative in heat mode.
NOTE: Should the problem persist after having checked these points, contact your closest technical service.
Maintenance
1. Clean air filter.
2. Do not remove filter without cleaning it.
3. The filter should be cleaned very fre-
quently when operating in bad conditions
(every two weeks is recommended).
NOTE: Please check the following
points prior to cleaning the unit.
1. Disconnect power supply before touch-
ing the unit.
2. Turn the unit off prior to cleaning so as
to avoid electric discharges.
3. Do not pour water directly on the unit as
ATTENTION
Your product is marked with this symbol. This means that at the end of its service life it should not
be mixed with the non-classified household scrap. Disposal of same should be carried out correctly
and in an environmentally respectful way, in compliance with the corresponding local and national
regulations.
The dismantling of the air conditioner, as well as the treatment of refrigerant, oil and other compo-
nents, should be carried out by a competent installer in compliance with the applicable legislation.

Cause
- No power supply.
- Main switch is off.
- Power supply voltage is insufficient.
- START/STOP set to STOP.
- Control system failure.
- Condensing unit air intake our outlet obstructed.
- Irregular operation of control circuit.
- Outdoor temperature is above 43° C in cooling mode.
- Dirty air filter.
- Too many heat sources in the room.
- Doors or windows open.
- Air intake or outlet obstructed.
- Temperature selected is too high.
- Refrigerant leak.
- Problems with the temperature sensor.
- Dirty air filter.
- Doors or windows open.
- Air intake or outlet obstructed.
- Temperature selected is too low.
- Refrigerant leak.
- Outdoor temperature is below -5° C.
- Irregular operation of control circuit.
- Pipe sensor in wrong position.
- Pipe sensor is cut off.
- Pipe sensor cable cut.
- Current leak in electric condenser.
this could cause electric discharges.
4. Make sure the installation is firmly in
place.
Maintenance at the beginning
of each season
1. Check for obstruction of air intakes and
outlets.
2. Make sure the unit is grounded cor-
rectly.
3. Make sure the air filter is installed cor-
rectly.
4. Make sure letters appear on the wall
remote control unit LCD display after

turning the unit on.
NOTE: If you notice anything is incorrect,
contact your technical service.
Maintenance at the end of each
season
1. Let the unit operate for half a day in vent
mode, on a sunny day, so as to dry it
internally.
2. If the unit is not to be used for a long
period of time, disconnect power supply
and make sure the letters on the LCD
display disappear.
