at our factory or at an outlet authorized by us. This guarantee affords no further customer entitlements.
5. The guarantee does not cover defects arising from improper use or maintenance or as a result of non-
observance of the instructions for use. Defects arising from normal wear of wearing parts (for example,
shaving foil, drive components, cutter sets, brush attachments, and batteries/accumulators) are not
covered by the guarantee.
6. The guarantee term is not extended through the rendering of services covered by the guarantee.
7. Parts that are replaced during the course of repairs covered by the guarantee pass into our ownership.
8. If our customer services are used without justification, the costs incurred shall be borne by the customer.
