11. Tips and advanced use
1. Indirect flashing
Indirect flashing means that you will take photos by reflecting the flash
from a wall or a ceiling, in order to soften the light.
2. Using reflex foil to take photos
Pull the reflex foil and the wide-angle diffusion disk simultaneously out of the
flash head and push the wide-angle diffusion disk back into the flash head.
In this case the flash will generate an attractive accent light in the eyes. The
effect is optimally achieved when the flash head is angled by 90°.
3. Using the wide-angle diffusion disk
Pull out the installed wide-angle diffusion disk to increase the illumination
angle of the flash.
This produces a softer and more natural flash light.
