3.3 Motor/tube assembly
1)
Slide the motor into the roller tube.
For smooth roller tubes, position the notch previously
cut on the crown.
2)
Fix the roller tube to the drive wheel with 4 x Ø 5 mm
self-tapping screws or 4 steel pop rivets of Ø 4.8 mm
located:
-
at least 5 mm from the far end of the drive wheel:
L1 - 5, and
-
no more than 15 mm from the far end of the drive
wheel.
Caution! The screws or pop rivets must only be attached to
the drive wheel and not to the motor.
3.4 Fitting the tube/motor assembly
1)
Fit and secure the tube/motor assembly to the end
bracket (C).
Caution: Ensure that the tube/motor assembly is secured
onto the end bracket. This operation prevents the tube/
motor assembly from coming out of the end bracket mount-
ing when the roller shutter reaches the lower end limit
position.

Fit the tube/motor assembly to the motor bracket (D).
2)
Fit the stop ring (E).
3.5 Wiring
- Turn off the power supply.
-
Connect the motor according to the information in the
table below:
230 V 50 Hz
a
Blue
b
Brown
c
Black
d
Yellow/Green
4. Commissioning
1) Switch the power back on.
-
Press the "Up" button at the control point:
If the roller shutter rises, the wiring is correct and
commissioning is finished.
If the roller shutter is lowered, go to the next stage.
2)
Switch off the power.
-
Reverse the brown wire and the black wire connected to
the control point.
3)
Switch the power back on.
-
Press the "Up" button to check the direction of rotation.
