Counting small banknotes
The banknote guide rails allows counting of small banknotes as well. Place the banknotes in the centre of the
feeder and move the two guides against the stack.
Troubleshooting and maintenance
3.1. Description of alerts and error messages
The unit stops the counting process in case of an alert or error and will display one of the following or
messages:

Slant notes/ES

Cause of alert
Deviating in height of denomination
UV feature not detected on last banknote
Magnetic feature not detected on last banknote
Banknote denomination not detected
