3. Intended use

Intended use also includes following all instructions in the Quick Reference Guide.
The Partito Wall is designed exclusively to be used as office furniture for commercial purposes. Any other use, or use beyond the specified
intended use is considered to be improper use. Improper use of the product may result in dangers to life and limb as well as property damage.
For this reason, improper use is prohibited. In case of improper use, Steelcase assumes no liability for any damage that may occur and does not
guarantee that the components will function properly. Improper use includes:

Use as a tabletop
■
Use as a climbing aid
■
Use for the attachment of items (such as clothing, etc.)
■
Outdoor use
■
Use in damp rooms
■
■
This wall can be used by children 8 years of age and older, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised, or have been instructed in the safe use of the wall, and understand the dangers
associated with use of the wall. Children are not allowed to play with the wall. Cleaning and user maintenance tasks must not be performed
by unsupervised children.

4. Product description and operation

The Partito Wall product may only be used and operated when in a technically perfect condition and in compliance with the Quick Reference
Guide.
The Partito Wall can be set up in a wide variety of combinations; the fasteners listed below are used for this purpose:

I-type interlinking: 1 x 180°; L-type interlinking: 1 x 90° or 1 x 120° or 1 x 135°; T-type interlinking: 2 x 90°; X-type interlinking: 4 x 90°;
■
Y-type interlinking: 3 x 120°
It is not possible to connect walls of different frame thicknesses. Wall height transition
elements have to be used for connecting walls of varying heights. A support base has to be
mounted at the beginning and end of each configuration. Interlinking at a right angle is
considered to be a supporting measure.
