EMF 10 MULTIFUNCTIONAL ESTRUDER
1 - GET KNOW YOUR PRODUCT
1.1 The EMF10 multifunctional extruder is manufactured in SAE 1020 steel with stainless protection, and
EPOXI painting. It is equipped with a monophase motor that provides low consumption of energy and it
is fit with a practical system to shift functions - feeder and spiral totally made in bronze. It can also be
provided with 3 accessories that are supplied separately.
1.2 BREAD KNEADING EQUIPMENT: Stainless steel tub and a practical system to remove the mixing
paddle, which makes it easier to clean and hygienize the equipment.
1.3 CYLINDERS: SAE 1020 rolls with hard-chrome coating, assembled on cast iron bearings with double
shielded rollers, Epoxy painting and a practical adjustment system.
1.4 MEAT GRINDER: Manufactured in tin-coated cast iron with a stainless steel plate (it is provided with a
mold for 4 different kinds of cookies).
2 - BECAREFUL WHEN INSTALING THE EQUIPMENT
2.1
Make sure your equipment has been installed onto a flat surface;
2.2
Make sure that EMF 10 has been installed on a steady surface and that prevent equipment from making
strange sounds when being used;
2.3
Before connecting the equipment onto the wall socket, check that voltage indicated for monophase
equipment on the voltage reversing selector at the ON/OFF switch is the same of power supply in your
facilities (110/220V);
2.4 Always remember to connect ground wiring.
3 - LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR EMF 10
3.1 With dough mixture ready, place the mold (die plate), then put dough in the feeder and wait for it to come
out;
3.2 The bread kneading equipment allows using up to 2 kg flour;
3.3 The cylinder allows stretching dough for lasagna, cannelloni, hot pockets, etc.;
3.4 The grinder allows up to 40kg of meat to be ground per hour.
3.5 To change the accessories, release the HANDLE on the bottom of the equipment, remove the part being
used and fit in the one to be used next.
ATENTION
-TO ASSURE BETTER PERFORMANCE FROM YOUR EQUIPMENT, TRY TO FEED IT SO THAT THERE
WON'T BE ANY INTERVALS OF AIR INSIDE THE DOUGH DENTRO DO CARACOL.
-DO NOT USE ANY KIND OF FAT IN THE DOUGH FOR EXTRUSION. FAT CAN DAMAGE EQUIPMENT
4 - CLEANING
4.1 Before carrying out cleaning procedures of the equipment, make sure it has been unplugged from power
supply.
4.2 Always clean equipment after using it.
4.3 Do not use any Sharp objects such as knives, metal spatulas, stilettos, etc. to clean the equipment.
4.4 Use only a humid cloth.
4.5 Do not allow water to deposit inside the cube.
4.6 AFTER USAGE, KEEP MOLDS SUBMERGED IN A RECIPIENT WITH WATER SO THAT PASTA DOUGH
WILL NOT DRY INSIDE THE ORIFICES.
