GETTING STARTED

Unpackaging
Your bq Witbox printer comes in safety packaging
to protect it during transportation. The printer
head is fixed in place with packing materials that
will require removal. You will also need to place
the print base inside the printer before using it.
Carefully lift the bq Witbox and its components
out of their original packaging.
Operation
The bq Witbox fabricates solid objects using
digital files via FFF (fused filament fabrication)
technology.
3D design files are converted into digital
instructions and sent to the bq Witbox via the
USB cable (connected to a PC), or alternatively via
the SD card that comes with the unit.
The bq Witbox heats the filament and extrudes it
layer by layer through the cooling chamber until
the object is completed.
