Notes on use
3.1
Operating status
The headphones K3 are ready for operation as soon as the jack
has been plugged into the appropriate socket on the SEWERIN de-
vice. In order to actually hear sound, however, you may have to first
switch on the relevant function on some devices.
3.2
Protection against moisture
If the headphones K3 are worn properly on the head, they are
splash-proof. Please note that this does not apply when the head-
phones have been removed. Moisture must not be allowed to pen-
etrate the open side of the ear cup.
3.3
Jack size
The phone jack has a diameter of 3.5 mm. An adapter for 6.3 mm
sockets is factory-fitted.
3.4
Adjusting the headphones
Adjusting the headband width
● Pull the wire headband evenly out of the sleeves on the joint or
slide the band further into the sleeves.
Pull gently so that the headband does not slide out of the sleeves.
Reducing the pressure
● Pull the two ear cups apart so that the headband is slightly
stretched.
Do not stretch it too far. The headband can only be reversibly ex-
tended a certain extent.
