EZ Connect Mobile Android Application Installation Instructions
This section instructs a user on installation of the EZ Connect Android application. When the instructions have been
completed, the EZ Connect Android application will be ready to run on the Android device. For instruction on pairing
the device to an EZ Series
Guide.
A Note Regarding Supported Devices
The EZ Connect Mobile application was developed for use with the Samsung Galaxy S® 5 smart phone and the
™
Nexus
7 tablet, and the use of those devices with the application is recommended. The use of other Android devices
with the EZ Connect Mobile application may result in differences in the appearance of the screens shown in the EZ
Connect Mobile Android User Guide.
Step 1: Insure Minimum Device Requirements are Met
The device must meet the following requirements. Do not proceed beyond this step if the minimum device
requirements are not met.

Android OS, version 4.x.x or higher
2.
Bluetooth
®
Class 1 or Class 2 capability
Step 2: Download the Application Software
Downloading using the QR code
If the device contains an application for reading a QR code and this document
is being viewed on a computer display, the EZ Connect application
can be quickly downloaded by scanning the QR code below with the device.

Scan this QR code and go to the website address extracted from the code.

Step 3: Installing the Application
When the download is complete, a downward arrow icon will be shown on the upper left corner of the display.
