After you have selected the field for the output channel,
set the required output channel using the "+" and "-" keys
on the controller.
Here the related video carrier frequency is always displayed.
Output channels can be set in the frequency range from
110 to 862 MHz in the 7-MHz or 8-MHz channel grid
(depending on the TV standard set).
With the TV standards D/K and I, the channel display for
special channels is "---".
Note:
The output channel and output frequency, TV standard and
output level settings can only be made on channel unit I (twin A).
These settings are the same for both channel units. In the case
of the output frequency, channel unit II is 7 MHz or 8 MHz higher.
After you press the sub-menu key " ", the sub-menu appears with:
fine tuning, TV standards, output on/off, level and picture format.
The output frequency can be finely tuned over 250 kHz.
Note:
If a channel grid is not set, the output channel parameter
on the main menu indicates "---".
The standards B/G, D/K and I can be selected for the
"TV standard" parameter.
Note:
B/G: 7-MHz and 8-MHz channel grid, audio carrier: 5.500 MHz and 5.742 MHz
D/K: 8-MHz channel grid, audio carrier: 6.5 MHz
I:
8-MHz channel grid, audio carrier: 6.0 MHz
The output channels can be switched on and off independent
of each other using the "RF on/out" parameter.
Note:
If a channel unit is switched off, *C 12 is indicated on the main
menu for "output channel".
After you have selected the field for the output level, "Level",
set the required output level using the "+" and "-" keys on the
controller.
The output level for the two output channels can be adjusted
continuously in 40 steps (approx. 20 dB). The limits are
labelled with "Min" and "Max" (comparable to the left/right
stop on a conventional attenuator).
