During operation, the integrated thermostat switches the appliance on and off to ensure a constant
temperature. This is indicated by the red indicator light (5) cycling on and off.
Note: The temperature control knob (4) is continuously variable.
Temperature Settings
Bacon: 4 - 5
Scrambled eggs/ Omelettes: 4 - 5
Vegetables: 4 - 5
Sausages/hot dogs: 5 - 6
Potatoes: 6
Pancakes/crepes: 6
Grilled cheese panini: 6
Steak: Sear at 7 for 1-2 minutes on each side to lock in the flavor. Reduce to Setting 5 or 6 depending on
desired tenderness.
Fish: Sear 7 for 1-2 minutes; then reduce to 4 - 5.
Above mentioned temperature settings are recommendations only and might vary slightly. They can be
adjusted based on personal preference.
Keeping Warm Function
In order to keep food warm, select a low temperature setting with the temperature control knob (4). We
recommend a setting under 1 on the scale.
Cleaning and Care
Due to hygienic reasons clean your glass grill on a regular basis, best after each use, and remove any
food residues. Not doing so could possibly result in a hazardous situation.
