• The computer will identify the camera automatically and read the content on the micro SD
memory card.
• Photos and videos can be played back directly from the memory card, copied to the computer for
backup and storage, or can be deleted from the memory card if no longer wanted.
• Always make sure to power off the Nite-Eye 2000 before disconnecting the USB lead. Failure to
do so could result in memory card corruption and lost data. This is done by holding the "ON/
OK" button for 5 seconds. Check that the display screen on the camera is powered off before
disconnecting.
• The battery will be charged while the camera is connected to the computer.
• If connecting the memory card to the computer via a card reader, make sure to "Safely Remove"
or "Eject" your memory card before removing from the computer. Failure to do so could result in
memory card corruption and lost data.
• If using a computer connection for charging only, the Nite-Eye 2000 unit can be powered off
during this time. Do this by holding the "ON/OK" button for 5 seconds. The display screen will
power off, but charging will continue.
MONITOR CONNECTION
• The Nite-Eye 2000 is capable of mirroring the camera's display screen onto a monitor or TV.
• Using the supplied lead connect the 2.5mm headphone jack connection into the Nite-Eye 2000 in
the socket located on the underside of the unit, beneath the rubber flap.
• Connect the yellow (video) and red and white (audio) RCA plugs into the back of your
