CLEANING THE DISPENSING CAP
Once all the wine in a bottle has been dispensed, the dispensing cap assembly must be
washed to remove residues of the wine and any incrustations which may damage the cap.
Rotate the cap top while holding the inner collar or both
collars in place, and remove. Hold the outer collar in
place and unscrew the inner collar.
Once the dispensing cap and collars have been
removed from the wine bottle, proceed as explained
below:
Rinse the wine bottle repeatedly with clean potable
water until all solid and liquid residues are removed.
Fill the rinsed bottle with clean potable water to ½ full.
NOTE: we recommend keeping one rinsed bottle on hand for use in later dispenser cap
cleaning operations.
