Encoding a cassette
• Connect a USB memory with sufficient free space.
• Select the „Tape" function (6) and then press „Record" (3) immediately.
• The LCD display (2) will flash „USB" and then during encoding
.
• Start playback of the desired cassette titles.
• To stop, press „Record" (3), the display will stop flashing and show
„Tape".
Copy file from USB to SD or vice versa
You can copy file from USB to SD/MMC card by pressing „Record" (3):
(1) Copy a track (copy from SD card to USB)
• Play the title as usual from SD/MMC card
• Press „Record" (3) while the desired track is playing. The unit will
display & during encoding
• After copying, playback stops.
(2) Copy all tracks (copy from SD card to USB)
• Switch to SD mode and insert the memory card to be copied.
• After the memory card has been read in, press „Record" (3). The unit will
display & during encoding.
• After copying, playback stops.
Encoding bit rate (via remote control)
You can set the bitrate according to your wishes regarding quality and
storage space. The range is 32/64/96/128/192/256 kbps.
• Select „Phono" (6) and remain in stop mode.
• Press „Info" and the LCD display (2) will show the standard bit rate (128
kbps).
• Set the bit rate with (13,24).
• Press „Info" again to confirm and the display will show „Phono" again.
