MOUNTING THE CUTTING DISC
Only use sharp and undamaged cutting discs.
Cracked or bent
cutting discs must be replaced immediately.
Place the inner flange , the cutting disc and
the outer flange . When fitting the cutting disc,
make sure that the direction of rotation
corresponds to the arrow on the guard.
Place the nut and tighten it firmly.
Place the housing. Tighten the screws.
In order to remove the cutting disc, proceed in
reverse order.
Before mounting or replacing
the cutting disc always unplug
Do not use cutting discs with a
thickness exceeding the
thickness of the riving knife.
Make sure that the spindle
diameter corresponds to the
bore diameter.
Do not use an adapter to
mount a cutting disc with a
MOUNTING AND ADJUSTING THE PARALLEL
FENCE
The parallel fence can be mounted both to the left
and to the right of the cutting disc.
Loosen the knobs a few turns.
Slide the parallel fence (8) onto the table (4)
as shown.
Set the parallel fence (8) to the required
distance. The setting can be read from the scale.
Tighten the lock knobs.
ADJUSTING THE BEVEL ANGLE
The bevel angle is infinitely variable between 0°
and 45°.
Loosen the lock knobs.
Set the desired bevel angle according to the
scale.
Tighten the lock knobs.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Switch the machine on before the cutting disc
touches the workpiece.
Securely hold the workpiece and evenly guide
it along the cutting disc.
Do not exert pressure on the cutting disc.
Allow the machine sufficient time to cut through
the workpiece.
Regularly check if the cutting disc is
sufficiently cooled.
Make sure that the lower edge of the cutting disc
is well below the water level in the cooling water
reservoir. Add cooling water as required.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
To switch the machine on, set the on/off
switch (1) to 'I'.
To switch the machine off, set the on/off
switch (1) to '0'.

DIAGONAL CUTTING
The guide block is used for diagonal cuts.
Set the parallel fence (8) to the required
distance. Be aware
that the minimum guiding distance is 10 cm.
Place the guide block against the parallel
fence.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

maintenance.
Regularly clean the ventilation slots.
Regularly check the machine for possible
damage.
Store the machine in a dry place, out of reach
of children.
