shown here if only two-prong outlets are
available.
The outlet box must be grounded and the
grounding tab (or wire) on the adapter must be
installed under the head of screw in the center of
the outlet cover. 120 Volt plugs are available at
most hardware stores. Grounding adapters are not
approved for use in Canada.
