6. Discard the hard wax as it may contain cell build-up from the
skin. DO NOT PUT PARAFFIN RESIDUE BACK INTO THE UNIT.
CLEAninG THE UniT AnD rEPLACinG WAX
Clean the unit when the paraffin wax becomes dry or discolored, or
when there is a build-up of skin on the bottom of the unit.
1. Unplug the unit. Allow the paraffin to solidify, which can take sev-
eral hours.
2. After the paraffin is solid, plug the unit in for a few minutes to
loosen the wax from the bottom and sides of the unit. Then un-
plug the unit.
wARnInG: Do not leave the unit plugged in; it could get exces-
sively hot and result in personal injury and/or damage to the unit.
3. Remove the paraffin and wipe the inside of the unit with a paper
towel.
