Placing the slings

The sling is placed centralized at
the mattress and the user is lying
centralized on the sling.
Evaluate the condition of the patient
before using the sling as well as consider
the patient's condition during the lift.
Be aware of the patients centre of
gravity when using the sling.
Ensure that the patient doesn't slide
out of the sling when lifting with the
patient's head and torso elevated.
The 2 middle straps 1 and 2 are placed

in their own hooks at each end of the
lifting hanger.
Then place the strap closest to the
feet and finally the strap closest to
the head in their own hooks at each
end of the lifting hanger.
Adjust the loops to obtain correct
support of the head.
