the sideplate of the roof. (The bottom surface of the
hook must copy the shape of the roof sideplate -arrow-.)
The lock blocks the eccentric lever.

take the key out and store it.
Disassembling
- 21 -
- Proceed in reverse for disassembling the roof rack.
Caution. When the side door of the vehicle is closed,
one by one unlock and release the levers of all
eccentrics.
When lifting the eccentric lever, brake the movement
of it by your hand all the way whilst holding the

beyond the rood sideplate.

- Press the eccentric levers down and put the rack to a suitable
place in your garage or cellar, as the case may be.

case of a long-term exposure.
- 25 -
- The maximum loading capacity of the vehicle roof, the rack
included, is 75 kg.
- The maximum roof load for Superb vehicles, including the rack, is
100 kg.
Operating instructions
Before the drive always check the roof rack for correct position and
the load for proper securing and fastening.
If you need to mount accessories holders on the roof rack (bicycle
holder, ski holder, etc.), take out the sealing profile of the T-groove
and fix the accessories using T-bolts.
Advice. Using U-stirrups to mount the accessories might
cause damage to the surface finish of the roof rack
crosspiece. This fact is not a reason for a complaint.
