AIR FILTER
Your dehumidifer features a removable air lter, located at the front of the unit (behind the air intake grill) directly
above the water tank compartment. The air lter plays an important role in helping to reduce dust/dirt particles from the
surrounding environment. A blocked/clogged air lter reduces air intake, negatively impacting operating ef ciency.
To maintain maximum operating ef ciency:
• The lter must be checked and cleaned regularly (every 2 weeks) or when the check lter light illuminates.
• More frequent cleaning may be required depending upon indoor air quality.
IMPORTANT: Never operate the unit without the air lter in place.
AIR FILTER REMOVAL:
1) Grasp the lter handle, and pull the lter out. The lter will slide out easily (see Fig. 2)
2) Clean the lter thoroughly using a vacuum cleaner or wash using lukewarm water and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly
before re-installing.
3) To re-install the air lter, slide the lter back inside the tracks and push inward.
4) Press reset lter button.
