IMPORTANT SAFETY
RECOMMENDATION:
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Do not immerse appliance, cord or plug in
water or any other liquid.
3. Use it only with 220-240V/50Hz electrical
supply.
4. Unplug from power supply, when not in
use, before putting on or taking off parts,
and before cleaning.
5. Always switch mixer to "0" before
removing the plug. Remove by grasping
the plug – do not pull the cord.
6. Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep
hands, hair, clothing, spatulas and other
utensils away from the beater during
operation.
7. Never use the unit with an extension cord,
when standing on a damp floor, or when
the unit or your hands are wet.
8. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of
a table or worktop, or touch hot surfaces.
9. Never operate the unit with a damaged
plug or cord, or after it has been damaged
or dropped.
10. Never twist, kink or wrap the cord around
the appliance as this may cause the cord
insulation to weaken and split, particularly
where it enters the unit.
11. Do not place unnecessary strain on the
motor by beating mixtures which do not
allow the beaters/dough hooks to revolve
freely.
12. This appliance is for household use only,
do not use outdoors.
13. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children.
14. Do not probe openings of the unit.
15. No attempt should be made to repair the
mixer by unauthorized personnel.
16. This unit has been permanently lubricated
and requires no further oiling.
17. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
18. Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
19. If the supply cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
20. Do not use longer than 10 minutes.

Before using your appliance for the first
time, clean the various accessories of your
appliance carefully.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
Place the motor unit on suitable work surface.
Connect the motor unit to mains power
supply.
After connecting all parts turn on the stepless
speed regulator.
If you want the food mixer to run slower, turn
the speed regulator to the left.
If you want the food mixer to run faster, turn
the speed regulator to the right.
For strong pulses press the pulse switch.
The pulse switch works as long as it is
pressed.
MIXING BOWL WITH DOUGH HOOK/
TWIN BEATING WHISKS

Dough hook and mixing bowl are intended
to be used to knead yeast dough and to mix
cookie and pastry dough, and also when
adding nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit, hard
butter or shortening, hardened brown sugar,
etc. to batters.
The dough hook should be used for all
heavier doughs, such as cookie dough, yeast
dough or pastry dough.
The twin beating whisks and the mixing
bowl are intended to be used for very light
ingredients, such as cream, egg whites,
sauces, batters and light pastry dough that
are thin enough to pour.
Use of the mixing bowl with dough hook/twin
beating whisks
Before beginning to attach this or any other
attachment, make sure that the power unit is
on a smooth, clean, suitable work surface.

1. Before using the mixing bowl and dough
hook/twin beating whisks for the first time,
it is recommended that the bowl, cover,
splash ring and dough hook be washed.
All components of the mixing bowl and the
dough hook are dishwasher-safe. They
may also be washed in warm sudsy water.
After washing, rinse well and dry before
use.
2. Assemble the twin beating whisks as
shown in Fig. 2.
3. Place the drive shaft in the mixing bowl
as shown in Fig. 1, then attach the dough
hook/twin beating whisks to the bowl
(Fig. 3).
4. Add the ingredients into the bowl and
attach the cover (Fig. 4).
5. Place the mixing bowl on the motor unit
(Fig. 5).
6. Turn the rotary switch to a lower speed
at the beginning, then adjust the speed
and add the ingredients according to the
recipe.
7. Using the twin beating whisks, within
5 minutes this product can whisk 2-38 egg
whites into foam on speed setting MAX.
USING SCRAPER (ONLY) WITH TWIN
WHISKS
How to assemble scraper to the twin whisks
a. Engage silicone scrapers to the holder
of scraper and fit them into the rabbet as
(fig. 6a)
Noted! There are two outer silicone scrapers
and one inner silicone scraper, please do not
assemble wrong.
b. Place the assembled scraper on the twin
whisks, and make sure two buckles of
the scraper are firm locked on the whisk.

c. After finished assembling scraper with
whisk, place and engage the twin beating
whisk assembly on the driveshaft of the
mixing bowl as shown in (fig. 6c) Make
sure that the toothed wheel interlocks with
the drive shaft.
Warning! Please do not use the scraper
without mixing ingredients over 30
seconds. Or it would damage silicone
scrapers.
CAUTION!
▲ Failure to ensure that the bowl is properly
seated on the motor unit coupling before
the motor unit is turned on, can result in
damage to the bowl and/or coupling.
▲ To ensure a long lifespan of your food
mixer, do not use it continuously longer
than 10 minutes. Let it cool down at least
30 minutes before next use.
HOW TO CLEANING
1. Unplug and switch off, allow the appliance
to cool down before cleaning.
2. Don't immerse the motor unit in water and
make sure no water enters the appliance.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
Don't use wire brush, steel wood or any
strong solvents to clean the appliance,
they would damage the appearance.
3. The bowl and its components are
dishwasher-safe. It is recommended that
the drive pin be removed from the bowl for
cleaning. After cleaning, a little vegetable
oil placed on the drive pin will help to
lubricate the surface.
4. On completion of using your appliance
it is strongly recommended that you
clean the accessories immediately. This
will remove any clinging food from the
accessories. Preventing bath drying out of
the residue food. Making cleaning easier
and the possibility of bacterial growth.
