Operating the machine

► Things to check prior to each activation:
– Is the power cable in a fault-free condition?
► Switch on the machine.
► Select the program to be executed.

6.1 Inserting wires

► Before starting a program, you should place
a collection tank under the chute for the cut
wires.
► Make sure the feed rollers are open.
Roller position open:
► Insert a wire into the wire entrance until the end appears
on the right near the blades.
► Close the feed rollers.
Roller position closed:
The wire is automatically drawn in. The machine performs
a zero-overlap cut. The selected program then starts.
Once the set piece quantity has been processed, an
acoustic signal sounds.
► Open the feed rollers.
► Pull out the ladder.

6.2 Switching off the machine

► Switch the machine off.
The display goes out.
