ausencia de ciertas características y hardware.
Cómo cambiar un Byte de Opción
Un Byte de Opción representa varias opciones diferentes.
Cambiando estos bytes directamente se hace posible ajustar
todas las opciones muy rápidamente. Todas las opciones se
controlan a través de siete bytes de opción. Seleccionar el
byte de opción deseado (OB1.. OB7) con las teclas UP/
DOWN del MENU, e ingresar el nuevo valor.
Al abandonar el submenú de OPCION se guardan los
cambios en los ajustes del Byte de Opción. Algunos cambios
tomarán sólo efecto después que el equipo se haya apagado
y encendido con el interruptor de alimentación de AC
(arranque frío).
Cómo calcular el valor de un Byte de Opción
Calcular el valor de un Byte de Opción (OB1 .. OB7) de la
siguiente manera:
1. Verificar el estado de los bits de opción individuales
(OP): están habilitados (1) o deshabilitados (0).
2. Cuando un bit de opción está habilitado (1) representa
un cierto valor (véase la primer columna 'valor entre
paréntesis' en la primera tabla de abajo). Cuando un bit
de opción está deshabilitado, su valor es 0.
3. El valor total de un Byte de Opción se forma por la suma
de sus ocho bits de opción. Véase segunda tabla de
abajo para los Bytes de Opción correctos según número
de tipo.
