TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE

If you are experiencing problems with this unit, in the first instance please carefully read
the relevant sections of the User Manual and the Troubleshooting section below. If you
cannot solve your problem please contact your supplier for further assistance.
PROBLEM
Your unit isn't
extracting at
full capacity.
The blue light
on the power
switch does
not turn on.
There is a build
up of solution
around the fan
units.

CAUSE
Unit isn't working correctly.
The unit is not turned on.
The filter needs to be changed.
Electricity not turned on.
The fuse needs to be replaced.
The fan units need to be
cleaned.
The filter needs to be changed.
WHAT TO DO
Test your unit is working correctly
by feeling for air at the back.
Check each fan unit switch is on
and illuminated blue and ensure
all cords are inserted correctly.
Replace the filter.
Check the power cord is plugged
in correctly.
Change the fuse. This is located on
the side of the unit where the
power switch is, above the metal
pronged male plug. It is easier to
change the fuse if the machine is
upside down. Using a small flat
screwdriver, insert it into the little
straight groove and slide out the
fuse holder.
Clean the unit using warm soapy
water. Approximately once a month
unstack the fan units and clean in
between with warm soapy water.
Replace the filter.
