TROUBLESHOOTING

If you are experiencing problems with this unit, in the first instance please carefully read
the relevant sections of the User Manual and the Troubleshooting section below. If you
cannot solve your problem please contact your supplier for further assistance.
PROBLEM
The unit is not
on.
Your unit isn't
extracting at full
capacity.
The unit has
overheated.
There is a build
up of solution
around fan units.

CAUSE
The power cord is not plugged
in correctly or not turned on
at the wall socket.
Unit isn't working correctly.
The filter needs to be changed.
Unit has not been placed
directly behind the client.
Mobile unit overheated from
prolonged use.
The filter is full preventing the
motor to work correctly.
The fan unit needs to be
cleaned.
The filter needs to be changed.
WHAT TO DO
Ensure the power cord is properly
connected to both the wall and
unit socket while turned on.
Test your unit is working correctly
by feeling for air at back.
Insert new filter into the front of the
unit. The filters need to be replaced
between 60+ sprays.
For best results combine with an
enclosure, positioning the unit
behind the client
Place aside until unit has cooled
down.
Change the filter.
Contact your supplier if the unit no
longer operates.
Clean the unit using warm soapy
water
Replace filter
