4.0 GEnERAL REMARKS
Users can operate the TA with their RFID badge/key fob or fingerprint without entering their User ID first. If the user
wants to use his password, first enter the key fob and then enter the password.
To change between the different states Check-In/CheckOut/Return/Break press F1/F2/F3/F4.
To reset the system, follow steps 4.8 - 4.11.
For all communication issues with TCP/IP or USB, see the Time Attendance Software manual on the enclosed CD.
The Safescan TA-850 and the TA-855 come with a spare prisma part. If the prisma is damaged, you can easily
change the prisma with the new enclosed.
When a user has identified himself he can push the menu button immediately to show his own attendance logs.
Regularly back-up! You can do this with the Backup button in the software (in "Settings").
