CONTROL UNIT TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

The following section describes states of operation for the CelluTome™ Control Unit. If fault conditions
cannot be resolved, contact your KCI representative.
Off (no power)
Standby – power available, user interface panel is not active
•
Timer display is blank
•
Status Indicator light is solid amber
•
Vacuum and heater off
•
LEDs off in vacuum head
Power On – user interface panel is active after Power button is pressed
•
Timer shows default time (30 min)
•
Status Indicator light is solid green
•
Vacuum and heater off
•
LEDs off in vacuum head
Running – system functioning, after Start / Pause button is pressed
•
Timer shows running time elapsed (counting up from zero)
•
Status Indicator light is flashing green
•
Vacuum and heater on
•
LEDs on in vacuum head
Paused – after start of procedure
•
Timer flashes actual running time elapsed (not counting)
•
Status Indicator light is solid green
•
Vacuum and heater off
•
LEDs off in vacuum head
Complete – pre-set run time has elapsed
•
Timer continues counting
•
Status Indicator light is flashing green
•
Vacuum and heater on
•
Timer beeps starting at time set and every minute after
•
LEDs on in vacuum head
