INSTALLATION
The Traffic Light should be mounted at a height which
maximizes visibility.
1. Secure the Traffic Light to the mounting surface with appropriate
hardware (not provided).
2. Insert the 4-pin connector into the base of the Traffic Light and turn
the hold-down ring clockwise until snug.
NOTE: NPT mounting is recommended when a flat surface is not
available. The Traffic Light housing has 1/2" NPT thread on the top.
Remove top plug to allow NPT mounting. It will accept polished 304
stainless steel or anodized aluminum pipe threads. The bottom thread
is for the 4-pin connector only (not for NPT mounting).

NOTE: In most cases the Traffic Light can be powered by the operator's transformer. If multiple accessories are powered by the operator, such as 2
sets of Traffic Lights and photoelectric sensors, a transformer upgrade may be required. (See Transformer Upgrades below.) A 460 V operator will not
require a transformer upgrade.
