button (21) once. The appliance will now heat up. The
power LED (19a) will light up red.

Once the appliance has reached its operating temperature,
the power LED (19a) will change to blue. Steam will be
emitted from the appliance when pressing the steam
release button (7) on the steam generator handle.

Move the appliance over the surface to be cleaned. Move
it slowly and carefully. Press the steam release button (7)
when required.
9.
To switch the appliance off, press the power button (21),
and disconnect it from the wall outlet. Once cooled down,
remove the attachments, remove the water reservoir (18),
empty any remaining water and allow it to dry.
Floor steam cleaner
When using the appliance as a floor steam cleaner, always use
the foot attachment (15) with the floor cloth (17) to clean tiled
or hard surface floors. When cleaning carpets, upholsteries
or bedding, additionally use the carpet attachment (16). It is
recommended to sweep the floor prior to using the appliance.
NOTE: Before the appliance can be used as a floor steam
cleaner, it has to be assembled. Please follow the steps below.
NOTE: The plug/cord holder (24) can be used to hold the
power cord (22) during use, for easier handling and to ensure
it is kept away from hot steam.
1.
Connect the handle (1) to the extension rod (4). Ensure the
release button (2) is aligned with the receptacle (3).

Place the other end of the extension rod (4) in the top of the
steam generator handle. Ensure that the release button (5)
is aligned with the receptacle (6).

Connect the steam nozzle (11) at the bottom of the steam generator (8) to the steam
nozzle receptacle (12). A "click" indicates that the attachment is securely and correctly
fitted to the steam generator (8).

Place the floor cloth (17) to the bottom of the foot attachment (15). To remove, carefully
pull the floor cloth (17) of the foot attachment (15).
5.
Connect the plug (22) with a suitable wall outlet.
6.
To switch the appliance on, press the power button (21) once. The appliance will now
heat up. The power LED (19a) will light up red.
7.
Once the appliance has reached its operating temperature, the power LED (19a) will
change to blue. Steam will be emitted from the appliance when pressing the steam
release button (7) on the steam generator handle.
8.
Release the appliance from its standing position, by placing one foot on the foot
attachment (15) and pulling the handle (1) backwards.
9.
Move the appliance over the surface to be cleaned. Move it slowly and carefully. Press
the steam release button (7) as required.
