4. Using the equipment
for the first time
4.1 Lubricants Trolley 100L,
First Time Use
1. Fasten both hose holders to tank using
screws (M6 x 10).
Wind up hose.
Insert automatic delivery nozzle into the inte-
grated holder and secure using the delivery
nozzle lock.
2. Place the lubricants trolley in a horizontal
position and remove screw cap a .
Fill the tank.

Important!
Please always use an automatic
delivery nozzle to avoid overflows
3. Perform a test filling as described in section
5.6, but hold the delivery nozzle in the still
open filling opening
4. Close the filling opening with the screw cap.
Also close the ventilation cap in the screw
cap.

The filling station is now ready for operation.
4.2 Lubricants Mobile Easy 200L,
First Time Use
1. Unscrew the refilling cap and inspect contai-
ner interior for contamination control (clean
with vacuum cleaner if necessary).
2. Refill the tank.

3. Sample refueling perform as described in
Section 5.5, but keep pump nozzle into the
open yet filling.
4. Close filling opening with cap tightly.
The tank system is now ready for operation
