5. Operation
5.1 Storage
Important!
Material damage (deformation) of
the tank from excessive heating or
mechanical overload.
• do not expose the high-grade plastic tank to
direct sunlight for extended periods either
during transport on the vehicle or when in
storage
• do not stack full tanks
Suitable storage conditions:
• ambient temperature: 10°C to +40°C
(cover or take other suitable measures
when storing outdoors)
• floor: level and smooth
(without sharps edges)
5.2 Moving the lubricants trolley
i
Important!
The completely filled lubricants trolley
is heavy.
This lubricants trolley can be simply transported
on its wheels with air-filled tyres.
Note that considerable downhill forces arise on
steep slopes.
5.3 Loading
i
Important!
The completely filled lubricants trolley is
heavy – do not try to lift it on your own.
The empty lubricants trolley can be loaded
using the grip recesses j in the area of the
wheels and the transport handle.
The empty lubricants Mobile Easy can be
loaded by hand using the side grip recesses.
i
Important!
To lift the tank safely with forklift,
insert it the formed out recesses
at the bottom.
5.4 Transporting
During transport, observe the pertinent
regulations for transport and securing loads,
in particular:
• Road traffic (licensing) act of the country in
question
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and
lashing
For fastening on the transport vehicle by means
of suitable tension belts, lay the tension belts in
the integrated recesses k on the tank.
i
Important!
Place it before applying traction on
belts! (e.g. through along the sides).
Excessive lashing forces can deform the
tank and thus damage it.
Remove the battery from the battery-powered
version during transport to prevent accidental
activation of the pump.
5.5 Filling the tank
5.5.1 Filling the lubricants trolley
1. Place the lubricants trolley in a horizontal
