This tool has been designed for polishing, sanding,
satin finishing (or artificial ageing) of wood and metal.
Required ambient conditions: -10 ° C to +40 ° C, relative
humidity of 80%, away from precipitations and excessive
dust. This manual provides information and requirements
that are necessary and sufficient for reliable, efficient and
safe operation of the tool. Always seeking to improve the
tool performance, the manufacturer reserves the right to
make minor design changes that may not be reflected in
this manual and do not decrease the efficiency and safety
of operation. This power tool is intended solely for dry
machining.
WARNING! Always unplug the machine before carrying
out work on it.
1.FITTING SAFETY DEVICES
1.1. Fitting the dust guard (Fig.2).
Insert the dust guard H in the plate collar of the machine
and turn it to the work position required. Fix it in this position
using the hold-down lever "O" . If the latter does not hold
the guard securely, then adjust the position of the screw P.
1.2. Fitting the auxiliary handle I (Fig.3)
ATTENTION! Always use the auxiliary handle in order to
avoid losing control of the tool and getting injured.
ATTENTION! Before starting the work, always check, that
the auxiliary handle is reliably fixed.
To screw the auxiliary handle "I" in its place on the dust
guard H on the left or on the right side.
2. FITTING AND REPLACEMENT OF BRUSH
To change the brush, proceed in the following manner
(Fig.3):
1. Unscrew the cover of the dust guard F.
2. Block the spindle, by pressing the blocking button
J.
3. With the hex wrench, unscrew the screw L, remove
the washer M and remove the brush E.
4. Place the new brush on the spindle.
ATTENTION! The adjustment keys K must always be
installed on the spindle.
