- MDS Direct Pannel (without directory) and MDS Digital Pannel (with directory). It can manage
more than 199 apartments. These pannels also must be programmed; there is complete information

Telephone System Programming

As said before, it is very important how Main Boards have been configurated. The microswitches
(A0 and A1) must be configured on every Main Board:
- Main Board 0: apartments 1-49
- Main Board 1: apartments 50-99
- Main Board 2: apartments 100-149
- Main Board 3: apartments 150-199
Telephone System also permits to configurate the relay activation time and the ring pattern (kind of
sound in the apartment's telephone when arrives a call from outdoor pannel). Programming must be
done from outdoor pannel, following these steps:
- Press the programming button (CFG) on the central unit.
1- First time we press CFG, a led is turned on (PRG) indicating relay activation time
programming.
2- If CFG is pressed once more, a second led is turned on (USE) indicating the ring pattern
programming.
3- Pressing third time, the 2 leds turn on and pulse detection is deactivated (or activated if it
was deactivate). By default Central Unit detects pulse and tone dialling, but it is possible to
deactivate pulse dialling if it wont be used (recommended). To deactivate press 0, to activate
press any number.
4- Pressing fourth time, the programming mode turns off.
- When Central Unit is in Programming Mode, it is necessary diall a number from outdoor pannel, to
configure some parameters. If Relay Activation time should be programmed, this time is 0,5 multiplied
by the dialled number: If we diall 8 from outdoor pannel, programmed time is 4 seconds. The maximum
time that could be programmed is 30 seconds, when number 60 is dialled.
