4.3 MAINTENANCE

A regular maintenance of these equipments ensures a long, trouble-free life.
Customers are advised to carry out simple maintenance at regular intervals. The
most basic is to keep the connections in good condition and the equipment clean.
Electrode maintenance is the most important in this case. Follow the manufacturer's
instructions and the equipment indications on the electrode alarms.

4.4 WARRANTY

This product is guaranteed for one year. It does not cover damages caused by an
incorrect use or causes beyond the control of J. P. SELECTA, s.a.u.
Any manipulation of the equipment by personnel not authorized by J.P. SELECTA,
s.a.u. automatically cancels the guarantee.
Regular maintenance of this equipment ensures a long life without problems.
Customers are encouraged to perform simple maintenance at regular intervals.
The most basic thing is to keep the equipment clean.
Maintenance of the electrodes is the most important in this case. Follow the
manufacturer's instructions and the indications of the device in the electrode
alarms.

5. Introduction

The family of electrodes with Arc Hamilton technology makes a breakthrough
in the technology of reading pH avoiding the limitations of the conventional
electrodes and ensuring that the pH measurement is reliable, warning us of
any circumstance that could distort the measure.
PH35 - pH - T measurement and control equipment gives us the possibility
of reading and controlling electrodes of the Arc Hamilton family, composed
of pH, Redox, Conductivity and Dissolved Oxygen electrodes.
The equipment has relay outputs with potential free contact to perform pH
and temperature control. The device also has USB communications to visua-
lize and control from the computer as well as to dump databases generated
with the variables of the processes that have been stored, and to visualize
and treat them in Excel.

6. Description

This device is made up of an external wall in ABS IP65 with a connection
box and a process cable output at the bottom. It also has an USB output
on the left side.
Visualization and control system is made up of PLC with a 3.5'' color touch
screen.
The device is fully programmable and has 12 digital inputs for events, 2 ana-
log inputs for process variables and 8 relays for control outputs and alarms.
Possibility of PID control loops. Internal memory for storage of process va-
riables and databases. Communications port 485 Modbus for communication
with sensors and USB port for connection to computer. With the equipment,
visualization and control software is delivered.
