7. Mounting and Preparation

Install the equipment on a wall at a suitable height. In the lower part is power
cable and process input cable.
The finished power cable in shuko connector, and the cable of connection to
the Visiferm pH electrode of the Hamilton firm.
The rest of cable gaskets are for connection in the pH connection box and
temperature control outputs. Before opening the connection box, disconnect
the network cable.
Connect the electrodes to the corresponding cable labeled for this purpose
(pH)

7.1 INSTALLATION

Be careful when unpacking to avoid damaging the equipment.
Make sure all services are compatible with the equipment and that inde-
pendent insulators are always provided and labeled. Always use reliable
connections, do not improvise.
Make sure the equipment is grounded and to an electrical connection with
the correct voltage. The power supply must incorporate an earth leakage
switch (ELCB) or a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) to protect the user
from an electrical discharge in case of misuse or accident.
Potential risks must always be the first consideration when deciding on a
suitable location for the equipment. Leave enough space around the device.

7.2 STARTING

Although our equipment is designed to be installed and configured very
easily, we recommend that it will be carried out and reviewed by competent
personnel.

8. Operation

The equipment starts by using the switch installed on the left side of the front.
The manufacturer's data will appear on startup.
After a few seconds, it will change to the measurement screen where you can
see the values of the installed electrodes: pH, Temperature and their status.

"Sensor Ok" if the operation is normal and "Sensor failure" if there is a
problem.
Three arrows appear at the bottom: left, right and down. Each one takes
us to "Errors" (Left arrow), "Variable Graphs" (Right arrow) and "Control"
(Down arrow) screens.
In case a failure is detected, with the "Left Arrow" key we will change to the
"Errors" screen where it indicates the error detected.
In this screen, we see the status of the installed electrodes: if they need
calibration, are they old or have some other internal problem that needs
some kind of action.
