5. Connection

Connecting the Bluetooth Adapter

Connect the Bluetooth adapter included in the package to the machine's the USB 2.0 Tyep-A connector.
When connecting the controller to the machine, you can use the Bluetooth adapter in the controller.
When the controller is not connected to the machine, you can use the touch function by connecting the
USB Type-B For Touch jack on the machine to the USB port of a computer. If this is the case, connect the
Bluetooth adapter to the USB 3.0 Type-A connector but not to the USB 2.0 Type-A. If you connect other
devices to the USB 3.0 Type-A connector, the Bluetooth adapter may not work properly.

• The Bluetooth adapter included in the package is for a RICOH Interactive Whiteboard D6510/
D5520 only. Do not connect it to other machines.
• When connecting a Bluetooth adapter to the machine, turn off the machine's power.
• It is not guaranteed that the Bluetooth adapter included in the package works with all devices
RICOH Interactive Whiteboard D6510/D5520 support.
