Your 3-STATION STAINLESS STEEL BUFFET SERVER & WARMING TRAY should be put together
as shown below. Be sure to remove all packing materials and protective coverings before
assembly.
NOTE: When using the Warming Tray, be sure the feet of the unit are resting on a
table or countertop. Fire hazard or burns may occur if unit is used upside down.

• Turn Counterclockwise: LOW (130˚ - 150˚ F)
• Middle: MED (150˚ - 165˚ F)
