Hot air operation
The hot air circulates in the interior of the device in hot air operation. Hot
air is particularly recommended for the preparation of soufflés or crisp
food.
Proceed as follows, in order to cook with hot air:
Press the A ir e c al ie n te button once or several times, in order to select
an energy level in accordance with the following Table:

sound after the set temperature has been reached.
Please continue directly with the following step if you do not wish to
pre-heat the device.
Turn the control, to set the cooking time required. The longest cooking
time is 9 hours and 30 minutes.
